Who We Are
Shillington Assembly of God Church is connected to the PennDel Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God. What that means is - we’re part of a bigger family of churches across Pennsylvania and Delaware, but our heart and leadership are rooted right here in the Shillington community.
Pastors Alan and Jessy Totire joined the team in 2025 and come as experienced pastoral leaders who are dedicated in serving the church, the local community and beyond. As they lead us through this season, we’re praying, growing, and looking forward to all God has in store.
Whether you’re new to church, returning after some time away, or just exploring, you’re invited to be part of what God is doing here at Shillington Assembly of God church.
Our New Pastors
Shillington AG Church is delighted to welcome Pastors Alan and Jessy Totire to our church family. We thank God for His guidance in bringing them to serve our congregation and community.
Pastors Alan and Jessy have faithfully served in ministry together for over 20+ years. They come to us from Connecticut, having served as pastors in New Britain where they were active in ministry of preaching, teaching, pastoral care and community outreach. They have also ministered in countries like South Korea, China, and India. Pastor Alan has earned his PhD in Intercultural Studies at Trinity International University and is currently the department chair at the University of Valley Forge Intercultural Studies department. Pastor Jessy has earned her DMin from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and works as a Chaplain as Lehigh Valley Health Network.
Together, they both share a passion and vision for equipping followers of Christ through pastoral care and missional outreach, grounded in scripture and empowered by prayer. Their heart is to see lives transformed through God’s love and to equip believers to live out their faith daily.
In addition to building community and establishing new relationships, Alan and Jessy loved to learn about new peoples and cultures and look forward to exploring Pennsylvania.
“19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
- Matthew 28:19-20 (NKJV)
